-выполнять все распоряжения фельдшера(медицинской сестры) по приему вызовов, старшего фельдшера;-обеспечить немедленный выезд бригады после получения вызова и прибытия ее на место происшествия в пределах установленного временного норматива в данной территории;-оказывать медицинскую помощь больным и пострадавшим, обратившимся непосредственно на станцию скорой медициннской помощи; - владеть всеми,предусмотренными квалификационной характеристикой, методами диагностики и лечения неоложных состояний у взрослых и детей, использовать все оборудование, медицинскую аппаратуру, лекарственные средства и изделия медицинского назначения, имеющиеся на оснащении бригады;-при использовании наркотических,психотропных и сильнодействующих лекарственных средств руководствоваться соответствующими приказами и инструкциями;-вводить больным и пострадавшим лекарственныепрепаратыпо медицинским показанием,выполнять тромболизис,осуществлять остановкукровотечения,проводить реанимационные мероприятияв соответствии с утвержденными отраслевыми нормами, правилами и стандартами для фельдшерского персонала по оказанию скорой медицинской помощи;-до конца рабочей смены оформить документы по использованию лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения;-по окончанию рабочей смены сдать медицинские укладки, наркотические, психотропные и сильнодействующие лекарственные средства, все карты вызова, расписаться в журнале рабочего времени;-обеспечитьинфекционнуюбезопасность (соблюдать правила санитарно-гигиенического и провоэпидемического режима). При выявление у больногокарантинной инфекции, оказать ему необходимую медицинскую помощь,соблюдать мерыпредорожностии информировать старшего врача смены о клинико-эпидемиологических и паспортных данных больного;
