The posting

Обеспечивать безаварийную и надёжную работу электроустановок и оборудования на объектах ЖКХ (жилые дома, подстанции, насосные станции, котельные). Проводить планово-предупредительный ремонт (ППР) согласно утверждённому графику: осмотр, чистка, замена изношенных деталей. Выполнять монтаж новых участков электрических сетей, устанавливать и подключать электрооборудование (щиты, светильники, розетки, счётчики). Выявлять и оперативно устранять неисправности: короткое замыкание, обрыв цепи, неполадки в работе двигателей, автоматов, реле. Участвовать в аварийно-восстановительных работах при сбоях электроснабжения. Проводить мелкий ремонт переносных осветительных приборов и проверять исправность переносного электроинструмента. Читать электрические схемы (силовые, управления, автоматики). Собирать показания приборов учёта энергоресурсов (по заданию). Строго соблюдать правила охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности при любых работах.

Среднее профессиональное образование (электротехническое). Опыт работы электромонтёром (часто от 1 3 лет, но иногда рассматривают новичков с обучением). Наличие группы по электробезопасности (обычно не ниже III, для некоторых задач IV и выше). Знание технических характеристик оборудования, правил эксплуатации, норм и инструкций по безопасности. Навыки работы с ручным и электроинструментом, измерительными приборами.
