- оформление оборотно - сальдовой ведомости;- начисление заработной платы, отпускных, пособий по временной нетрудоспособности;- подготовка документов для перечисления заработной платы и пособий по временной нетрудоспособности на расчетные счета работников администрации;- приём и оформление заявлений на льготу по подоходному налогу;- сбор счетов-фактур, актов выполненных работ и актов сверки по коммунальным услугам, электроэнергии и связи;- ведение журнала операций № 3 Расчёты с подотчётными лицами;- проверка правильности составления авансовых отчетов;- составление накопительной ведомости по расчётам с подотчётными лицами;- участие в ежегодной инвентаризации;- обеспечение сохранности бухгалтерских документов, оформление их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в ведомственный архив Южной поселковой администрации;- участие в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий, направленных на соблюдение финансовой дисциплины;- участие в проведении экономического анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности Южной поселковой администрации по данным бухгалтерского учета и отчетности в целях выявления внутрихозяйственных резервов, осуществления режима экономии и мероприятий по совершенствованию документооборота, в разработке и внедрении прогрессивных форм и методов бухгалтерского учета на основе применения современных средств вычислительной техники, в проведении инвентаризаций денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей;- формирование и оформление журналов № 6 и № 8 с занесением проводок в главную книгу;- выдача сотрудникам справок по требованию, 182-Н для расчета больничных листов;- распечатка налоговых карточек и карточек-справок по заработной плате работников;- учёт поступления и постановка на бухгалтерский учёт основных средств;- составление актов на списание пришедших в негодность и использованных на нужды администрации основных средств, материалов;- составление ежемесячных отчётов по выбытию и перемещению материальных ценностей;- ведение оборотных ведомостей по счетам 105;- выполняет поручения непосредственного главы, заместителя главы Южной поселковой администрации.

На должность главного специалиста назначается лицо, имеющее профессиональное образование по направлениям подготовки (специальности), соответствующим направлениям данной деятельности.
