The posting

Разрабатывает и проводит массовые игровые программы, конкурсы, представления, развлечения, коллективные формы игрового общения и досуга. Как самостоятельный виды досуга, так и в составе массовых театрализованных представлений. Разрабатывает сценарный план, привлекает при необходимости хореографов, концертмейстеров, творческие коллективы, отдельных солистов и других специалистов культурно-развлекательной направленности. Участвует в разработке и составлении сценариев, тематических программ, игровых форм коллективного досуга, художественного оформления, музыкального сопровождения и технического оснащения совместно с другими специалистами Учреждения. Организовывает и проводит мероприятия, посвященные тем или иным праздничным дням, памятным датам. Составляет смету расходов, разрабатываемых культурно-досуговых мероприятий, и предоставляет руководителю Учреждения (директору и (или) заместителю директора) на утверждение. Составляет планы-графики репетиций на сценической площадке. Принимает участие в разработке положений о фестивалях, конкурсах, смотрах. Изучает опыт работы других учреждений социальной направленности по вопросам, касающимся его деятельности. Учувствует в работе оказания методических советов и других формах методической работы совместно со специалистами Учреждения по методическому руководству коллективами любительского искусства. Совместно с художественным руководителем структурного подразделения создает условия для эффективного функционирования культурно-досугового учреждения, реализации культурно-досуговых программ и социальных программ. Содействует в проведении городских и других культурно-массовых и социальных мероприятий, конкурсов, смотров, фестивалей и т.п., привлекая к участию в них участников клубных формирований Учреждения и население городского округа. Содействует укреплению клубных традиций и организации мероприятий на территории города и поселений, входящих в муниципальный округ. Подготавливает информацию о культурно‑досуговых мероприятиях для публикации в соцсетях Учреждения. Ведет необходимую документацию по проводимой работе (сценарии, программы, журналы учета, планы, отчеты и пр.).

Умение решать сложные ситуации. Творческий подход к работе. Умение работать в коллективе. Умение работать с разными возрастными категориями населения (дети, подростки, пожилые люди). Наличие организаторских способностей.
