Разрабатывает проекты планов и графиков мероприятий по внедрению новой техники и технологий, автоматизации и механизации процессов. Определяет показатели технического уровня проектируемых объектов, отрабатывает технологию изготовления новых изделий перед запуском в производство и выдаёт соответствующие рекомендации. Участвует в проведении экспериментальных работ для освоения новой техники и технологий, а также в составлении производственной отчётности. Организует правильную эксплуатацию внедрённой техники, следит за соблюдением режимов новых технологических процессов. Проводит инструктажи и помогает сотрудникам осваивать новые решения. Готовит технические задания для соответствующих отделов на проведение работ, а также предложения по плану технического прогресса. Изучает и внедряет в работу достижения науки и техники, совершенствует методики проведения работ с использованием современной измерительной техники. Участвует в специальной оценке условий труда, в рационализации рабочих мест, участков и цехов, а также в распространении передовых методов труда. Участвует во внедрении автоматизированных систем управления технологическими процессами, а также в установлении прогрессивных норм расхода сырья, материалов и энергии. Разрабатывает мероприятия по предупреждению и ликвидации осложнений и аварий в процессе внедрения. Проводит работу по внедрению мероприятий, направленных на снижение вредного воздействия производственной деятельности организации на окружающую среду.

Образование и опыт работы: высшее образование и стаж работы не мение 3 лет. Умения: Определять потребности производства в новом оборудовании и технологических процессах. Проводить несложные экономические расчёты с помощью прикладных программ. Выявлять необходимость модернизации систем нагрева, подачи газов, контроля оборудования. Разрабатывать технические задания на новое или модернизированное оборудование. Прогнозировать расходы и оценивать экономический эффект от внедрения. Контролировать монтаж, наладку и испытания нового оборудования. Знания: Нормативно-технические и руководящие документы на оборудование и технологические процессы. Технологические возможности и конструктивные особенности используемого оборудования. Эксплуатационные свойства и химический состав новых материалов, которые внедряются в производство. Особенности технологий упрочнения материалов. Порядок планирования мероприятий по вводу в эксплуатацию нового оборудования и технологий
