Инженер обязан: 1. Координировать и контролировать деятельность структурных подразделений КОГБУ ЦГАКО по соблюдению правил пожарной безопасности и антитеррористической защищенности в зданиях КОГБУ ЦГАКО . 2. Обеспечивать выполнение мероприятий по гражданской обороне, мобилизационной работе КОГБУ ЦГАКО, разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укрытию и эвакуации документов в особый период, спасению документов в чрезвычайных ситуациях. 3. Обеспечивать выполнение установленных требований пожарной безопасности и антитеррористической защищенности в КОГБУ ЦГАКО . 4. Обеспечивать выполнение федерального законодательства в сфере энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности. 5. Выполнять функции уполномоченного на решение задач в области гражданской обороны и защиты от чрезвычайных ситуаций. 6. Осуществлять проверку смет, экспертизу технической документации, надзор и контроль состояния и эксплуатации оборудования. Проверять и визировать акты выполненных работ (КС-2, КС-3), акты скрытых работ. 7. Осуществлять подготовку и согласование расчетно-технической документации.

Инженер отдела должен знать: постановления, распоряжения, приказы, методические и нормативные материалы по материально-техническому снабжению; перспективы технического развития и особенности деятельности КОГБУ ЦГАКО; принципы работы, технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности оборудования, комплектующих изделий; порядок обоснования потребностей и составления заявок на закупку товаров, оказание услуг, выполнение работ и заключение контрактов; современные средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи; методы исследования, правила и условия выполнения работ; основные требования, предъявляемые к технической документации, материалам, изделиям; действующие стандарты, технические условия, положения и инструкции по составлению и оформлению технической документации; основные принципы строительного проектирования и состав проектной документации; методы проведения технических расчетов и определения экономической эффективности исследований и разработок; правила и нормы по охране труда, санитарии и гигиены, пожарной безопасности, антитеррористической защищенности объектов, требования в области гражданской обороны и мобилизационной работы.
