Соблюдение правил санитарии, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты . Помощь повару в обработке продуктов: очистка овощей, нарезка хлеба, овощей, зелени; размораживание рыбы, мяса, птицы; потрошение и разделка рыбы, птицы, дичи; обработка субпродуктов. Содержание кухни в чистоте: мытьё посуды, стеллажей, столов, плит, оборудования. Доставка продуктов, сырья и полуфабрикатов в производственные цеха. Сбор и утилизация пищевых отходов в отведённые места, поддержание чистоты вёдер для отходов и помоев. Получение готовой пищи и её раздача в столовой и по палатам. Помощь в сборе грязной посуды после приёма пищи. Мытьё столовой посуды с использованием дезинфицирующих растворов с соблюдением санитарных требований. Еженедельная генеральная уборка раздаточной и столовой . Обеспечение ежедневного санитарно-гигиенического содержания раздаточной и столовой . Получение необходимого инвентаря, чистящих, моющих и дезинфицирующих средств от начальника хозяйственной службы. Участие в занятиях по сантехминимуму . Бережное отношение к оборудованию, инвентарю и другому имуществу учреждения . Своевременное прохождение медицинских осмотров .
