The posting

осуществляет работу по исполнению бюджета Забайкальского края по расходам; осуществляет финансирование главных распорядителей бюджетных средств (далее ГРБС) по курируемым направлениям и муниципальных образований Забайкальского края; формирует кассовый план по прогнозам ГРБС и уточняет его поквартально, с разбивкой по месяцам; осуществляет ежедневный учет и ввод информации по исполнению кассового плана, в соответствии с произведенным финансированием, в электронном виде для руководства Министерства и Забайкальского края; участвует в подготовке годовых и квартальных отчетов об исполнении бюджета Забайкальского края, для представления в Законодательное Собрание Забайкальского края и Губернатору Забайкальского края; участвует в выполнении комплексных, централизованных заданий Министерства финансов Российской Федерации, других органов государственной власти; вносит предложения о совершенствовании форм и методов финансирования, о повышении эффективности контроля за выделенными бюджетными средствами, а также по иным вопросам, касающимся улучшения организации своей работы; взаимодействует с Управлением Федерального казначейства по Забайкальскому краю и главными распорядителями бюджетных средств в рамках бюджетного процесса; подготавливает письма и информацию по поступающим запросам органов законодательной и исполнительной власти Забайкальского края, организаций и граждан по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела; в пределах полномочий отдела осуществляет подготовку информационных материалов, презентаций (включая презентации в программе Microsoft PowerPoint), слайдов.

наличие высшего образования по укрупненной группе специальностей и направлений подготовки Экономика и управление или иной специальности, направлению подготовки, для которой законодательством об образовании Российской Федерации установлено соответствие специальности, направлению подготовки, указанным в предыдущих перечнях профессий, специальностей и направлений подготовки; не предъявляются требования к наличию стажа гражданской службы или работы по специальности, направлению подготовки.
