The posting

Обеспечивать соблюдение правил лицензирования в области использования атомной энергии, деятельности и порядка предлицензионных мероприятий (проведение обследований объектов, подготовка необходимых документов, иные действия). Обеспечивать сбор сведений, необходимых для получения лицензий, от СП. Осуществлять переписку с органами лицензирования в соответствия с правилами, действующими в Обществе. Подготавливать заявления и комплекты документов, необходимых для получения лицензий на определенный вид деятельности в области использования атомной энергии (документы о материально-техническом оснащении лицензируемого вида деятельности, сведения о работниках Общества, их профессиональной подготовке и т.п., копии учредительных документов, документов, подтверждающих право собственности или пользования земельными участками, недвижимым имуществом и др.). Контролировать состав комплекта документов для представления в органы лицензирования. Представлять комплекты документов в орган лицензирования. Производить контроль за прохождением документов в органе лицензирования. Направлять дополнительные материалы по запросу органа лицензирования. Участвовать в подготовке обжалований отказа в выдаче лицензии и другие.

Высшее профессиональное (юридическое) образование по профилю профессиональной деятельности или высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование в области судостроения. Стаж работы по специальности на руководящих и других должностях в области лицензирования не менее 5 лет. Должен уметь: - подготавливать комплекты документов для получения лицензий и других разрешительных документов; - читать чертежи; - обладать знанием русского языка, грамотной устной и письменной речью.
