Уметь управлять (использовать) закрепленную за ним технику днем и ночью в различных условиях в любую погоду,максимально обеспечивающее сохранять жизнь и здоровье пассажиров.Содержать технику и имущество исправными в постоянной готовности к применению (использованию),проводить мероприятия по продлению срока службы закрепленной техники и имущества.Знать и неукоснительно соблюдать (в зависимости от вида техники)требования законодательных,иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации,нормативных и распорядительных документов МЧС России,определяющих порядок передвижения(использования)техники,команды,сигналы регулирования и управления.Знать периодичность и объем работ по техническому обслуживанию межремонтному ресурсу (межремонтному пробегу) и сроков службы (срока работы) закрепленной за ним техники и имущества.Выполнять работы по текущему ремонту закрепленной техники.Знать сорта и нормы расхода горючих,смазочных и других эксплуатационных материалов,применяемых в закрепленной за ним технике,не допускать их перерасхода.знать причины основных эксплуатационных материалов,применяемых в закрепленной за ним технике,не допускать их перерасхода.Знать причины основных эксплуатационных неисправнгостей техники,уметь их диагностировать и оперативно устранять.Проводить проверку технического состояния техники перед выходом ее из пункта постоянной дислокации,обращать особое внимание на исправность основных элементов,обеспечивающих безопасность движения и выполняемых работ и тд.При управлении техникой или ее использованием иметь при себе оформленные документы.Знать и соблюдать нормы загрузки техники,правила посадки и перевозки людей,размещения,укладки и крепления грузов.Проводить в соответствий с графиком техническое обслуживание.Должность предполагает бронирование на период военного времени.

Профессиональные знания: Конституция Российской Федерации, федеральных конституционных законов, федеральных законов, международных договоров Российской Федерации, указов и распоряжений Президента Российской Федерации, постановлений и распоряжений Правительства Российской Федерации и иных правовых нормативных правовых актов,необходимых для выполнения служебных оюязанностей; Структуры и полномочий органов государственной власти;законодательства о пожарной безопасности;порядка работы со сведениями, составляющими государственную или иную охраняемую законодательтвом Российской Федерации тайну; служебного распорядка МЧС России, его территориального органа,подразделения или организации; правил и норм охраны труда, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности. Соблюдение правил дорожного движения и безопасности дорожного движения, учитывать влияние погодных условий на безопасность вождения автомобиля, способы предотвращения дорожно-транспортных происшествий.
