The posting

1. Оказывает населению постоянную, экстренную и неотложную медицинскую помощь по специальности Акушерство и гинекология, используя современные методы профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации. 2. Владеет методиками диагностики и лечения экстренных и неотложных состояний; знает правила и условия оказания экстренной и неотложной медицинской помощи; 3. Самостоятельно производит тщательный и грамотный осмотр пациента и оценивает его состояние, выявляет наличие у него медицинских показаний для госпитализации. 4. На основании сбора анамнеза, клинического наблюдения и результатов клинико-лабораторных и инструментальных исследований устанавливает предварительный диагноз заболевания и делает необходимые назначения, в случае необходимости оказывает первую медицинскую помощь; дает советы по дальнейшему лечению и режиму при отказе от госпитализации. 5. Самостоятельно проводит или организует необходимые диагностические и лечебные процедуры в соответствии с установленными стандартами и на основании имеющихся Клинических протоколов, разработанных МЗ РФ. 6. Оформляет медицинскую документацию установленного образца в соответствии с требованиями Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации, в том числе с использованием медицинских информационных систем. 7. Участвует в приеме женщин поступающих в отделение в часы его работы или по скорой помощи, проводит их осмотр, назначает необходимые лечебно-диагностические мероприятия 8. В вечернее или ночное время самостоятельно принимает решение о проведении хирургических вмешательств для оказания экстренной медицинской помощи; 9. Проводит оперативные (хирургические) вмешательства, перевязки и т. д. в пределах своей компетенции, обеспечивает послеоперационный уход за пациентами.

Наличие соответствующего образования - высшее медицинское (интернатура или ординатура по специальности "акушерство и гинекология"), обязательно хирургический опыт работы, навыки проведения хиругрических акушерских операций, дисциплинированность, доброжелательность, навыки работы с компьтером, соблюдение правил этики и деонтологии.
