Производить расчёт заработной платы, надбавок, доплат, премий, компенсаций и иных выплат работникам в соответствии с локальными актами, трудовыми договорами и приказами, на основании табелей учёта рабочего времени и иных первичных документов. Рассчитывать и удерживать НДФЛ с выплат работникам, применять налоговые вычеты (стандартные, социальные, имущественные) на основании заявлений и подтверждающих документов сотрудников. Рассчитывать страховые взносы (на ОПС, ОМС, ВНиМ, НС и ПЗ) в соответствии с действующими тарифами и льготами, контролировать лимиты и правильность отнесения выплат к облагаемой базе. Производить расчёты по оплате отпусков, командировок, больничных листов, выходных пособий и иных выплат, связанных с прекращением трудовых отношений, а также удержаний (алименты, исполнительные листы, удержания по заявлению работника) с соблюдением очерёдности и предельных размеров удержаний по ТК РФ. Формировать платёжные документы на выплату зарплаты (аванс, окончательный расчёт), контролировать соблюдение сроков выплаты, формировать реестры для банка и документы для кассовых выплат. Отражать в бухгалтерском учёте операции по расчётам с персоналом: проводки по начислению зарплаты, удержанию НДФЛ, начислению страховых взносов, выплатам, формировать регистры учёта и оборотно‑сальдовую ведомость по счёту 70 и корреспондирующим счетам. Формировать и своевременно сдавать отчётность: 6‑НДФЛ, РСВ, персонифицированные сведения о физических лицах, иные отчёты по требованию законодательства и контролирующих органов. Вести учёт и контроль первичных документов по участку Расчёты с персоналом: проверять правильность оформления табелей, приказов, листков нетрудоспособности, заявлений, справок; обеспечивать полноту комплекта документов для расчётов и отчётности. Консультировать работников по вопросам начисления зарплаты, отпускных, больничных, удержаний и порядка получения справок (в т. ч. 2‑НДФЛ, о среднем заработке и др.) в пределах своей компетенции. Выдавать по заявлениям работников справки о доходах и иные документы, связанные с расчётами по оплате труда, в установленные сроки. Обеспечивать хранение первичных документов, регистров и отчётности в соответствии с номенклатурой дел и сроками хранения, участвовать в подготовке документов для проверок (налоговых, трудовых, внебюджетных фондов). Оперативно отслеживать изменения законодательства в части расчётов по оплате труда, налогов и взносов, вносить соответствующие корректировки в методики расчёта и настройки учётной системы. Соблюдать требования по защите персональных данных, не допускать разглашения сведений о зарплате и личных данных работников.
