The posting

Осуществляет планирование введения режима повышенной готовности или ЧС для органов управления и сил объектового звена РСЧС и установления уровня реагирования, а также введения дополнительных мер по защите от ЧС работников Общества и иных граждан, находящихся на его территории. Планирует создание резервов финансовых и материальных ресурсов для ликвидации ЧС. Обеспечивает организацию и проведение аварийно-спасательных и других неотложных работ на объектах Общества и на прилегающих к нему территориях в соответствии с планом предупреждения и ликвидации ЧС. Планирует, организует и проводит командно-штабные учения (учебные тренировки) по отработке навыков персонала по действиям при возникновении ЧС техногенного и природного характера. Осуществляет методическое руководство и координацию работы в структурных подразделениях Общества по вопросам гражданской обороны и защиты работников и территорий от чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера. Организует и осуществляет контроль за соблюдением в структурных подразделениях нормативных документов, требований Федеральных законов, законодательства Самарской области в области ГО и ЧС, решений протоколов Общества и ПАО НК Роснефть, предписаний государственных контролирующих органов по вопросам ГО и ЧС. Взаимодействует с органами государственного надзора и контроля в области ГО и ЧС Самарской области и общественными организациями по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию ГО и ЧС. Организует разработку, согласование и утверждение общезаводских положений, стандартов и иных организационных, распорядительных и локальных нормативных документов Общества, содержащих требования в области ГО и ЧС.Организует подготовку отчетов, докладов, аналитических справок для руководства Общества и органов государственного контроля и надзора по вопросам ГО и ЧС.

Образование высшее профессиональное (приветствуется профильное в области гражданской обороны и чрезвычайных ситуаций) 2. Стаж работы в органах МЧС не менее 5 лет. 3. Знание законодательства в области ГОиЧС. 4. Уверенный пользователь MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Интернет, справочно-правовой системы данных Консультант+ .
