Ведущий специалист обязан: Составлять первичные учетные документы; Принимать первичные учетные документы, проверять их на предмет соответствия форме, полноте оформления, реквизитам; Выявлять случаи нарушения ответственными лицами графика документооборота и порядка представления в бухгалтерскую службу первичных учетных документов и информировать об этом главного бухгалтера; Готовить первичные учетные документы для передачи в архив; Обеспечивать доступ к данным для проведения инвентаризации; Регистрировать данные, содержащиеся в первичных учетных документах и в регистрах бухгалтерского учета; Отражать в бухгалтерском учете результаты переоценки объектов бухгалтерского учета, пересчета в рубли стоимости активов и обязательств; Составлять отчетные калькуляции, распределять косвенные расходы, начислять амортизацию активов в соответствии с учетной политикой; Сопоставлять результаты инвентаризации с данными регистров бухгалтерского учета и составлять сличительные ведомости; Подсчитывать итоги и остатки по счетам синтетического и аналитического учета, закрытие оборотов по счетам бухгалтерского учета; Составлять оборотно-сальдовую ведомость и главную книгу; Подготавливать пояснения, подбирать документы для проведения внутреннего контроля, внутреннего и внешнего аудита, ревизий, налоговых и иных проверок; Систематизировать и комплектовать регистры бухгалтерского учета за отчетный период; Передавать регистры бухгалтерского учета в архив; Отражать в бухгалтерском учете расхождения между фактическим наличием объектов и данными регистров бухгалтерского учета. Проведение внутренего финансового аудита подведомственных учреждений. Проведение ведомственного контроля в сфере закупок подведомственных учреждений согласно 44 ФЗ. Составление бюджетной отчетности на уровне ПБС согласно Приказа Минфина России № 182-н.
