Мы ждём от кандидата: желания обучаться и развиваться в сфере медицинского администрирования; грамотной устной и письменной речи; уверенного владения ПК (офисные программы, специализированное ПО); опыта работы с кассовым оборудованием и ведения кассовых операций; умения конструктивно решать конфликтные ситуации, сохраняя доброжелательный тон. Ваши основные обязанности: обеспечивать приветливое и внимательное отношение к пациентам на всех этапах их взаимодействия с клиникой; организовывать запись пациентов на обследования и консультации, координировать расписание врачей и диагностических кабинетов; управлять документооборотом: оформлять направления, архивировать документы, вести отчётность; поддерживать порядок на рабочем месте и создавать комфортную атмосферу для пациентов в зоне ресепшена; отвечать на телефонные звонки, оперативно информировать пациентов о графике работы специалистов, стоимости услуг и правилах записи; консультировать посетителей клиники по общим вопросам оказания услуг, помогать ориентироваться в пространстве центра.
