Проведение клинического обследования взрослых пациентов с целью установления диагноза психического расстройства, назначения лечения и контроль его эффективности Контроль эффективности индивидуальных реабилитационных программ для взрослых пациентов Определить показания к неотложной госпитализации Выявляет характерные признаки имеющегося заболевания. Обосновывает назначение необходимых лабораторно-инструментальных исследований; оценивает морфологические и биохимические показатели крови, мочи, ликвора, данные рентгеноскопии и рентгенографии грудной клетки и черепа, электроэнцефалографии, эхографии. Определяет показания и осуществляет при необходимости неотложную помощь при психотических состояниях. Выявляет клинические показания для срочной (плановой) госпитализации или перевода больного на лечение к другому специалисту, определяет профиль стационара или специалиста с учетом характера и тяжести заболевания. Проводит дифференциальную диагностику с психопатологическими состояниями и психическими заболеваниями с симптоматикой, сходной с состояниями и заболеваниями в связи с употреблением (злоупотреблением) алкоголя, наркоманических и токсикоманических веществ, ставит и обосновывает окончательный диагноз. Разрабатывает обоснованную схему этиотропного, патогенетического и симптоматического лечения. Проводит комплекс рационально-психотерапевтических мероприятий, семейную психотерапию, индивидуальную психотерапию. Оценивает эффективность лечения, разрабатывает и осуществляет мероприятия по предупреждению обострений заболевания. Определяет срок временной потери трудоспособности и направления на ВКК, готовит материалы по запросам компетентных органов при решении экспертных вопросов (годность к военной службе, вменяемость, ограничение дееспособности и др.), устанавливает показания для направления на МСЭ. Оформлять медицинскую документацию утвержденных форм. Проводить медицинское освидетельствование Руководит работой медицинской сестры отделения.

Высшее образование специалитет по одной изспециальностей Лечебное дело или Педиатрия и подготовка в ординатуре по специальности Психиатрия идополнительная подготовка по направлению (для занятиядолжности) врач психиатр-нарколог. Свидетельство обаккредитации специалиста по специальности Прохождение обязательных предварительных (припоступлении на работу) и периодических медицинскихосмотров (обследований), а также внеочередныхмедицинских осмотров (обследований) в порядке,установленном законодательством РоссийскойФедерации Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональнойдеятельностью, установленных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации
