Должность- ЗАМЕСТИТЕЛЬ НАЧАЛЬНИКА - НАЧАЛЬНИК ЛЕСОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОГО ОТДЕЛА Обеспечивать соблюдение лесного законодательства, пресекать и предотвращать его нарушения на землях лесного фонда на подведомственной территории. Участвовать в разработке и реализации единой государственной политики в сфере лесного хозяйства, совершенствовании механизмов и форм управления лесами в целях обеспечения сохранения их биологического разнообразия и повышения их потенциала. Осуществлять планирование и организацию работ по охране и воспроизводству лесов на землях лесного фонда на подведомственной территории. Организовывать сбор и предоставление гражданам и юридическим лицам в установленном порядке информации о лесах. Осуществлять в установленном порядке согласование технологических, санитарных и других мероприятий, проводимых гражданами и юридическими лицами при осуществлении ими деятельности, которая может оказать или оказывает негативное воздействие на состояние лесов. Обеспечивать проведение лесного надзора (лесной охраны) и пожарного надзора в лесах на землях лесного фонда на подведомственной территории по соблюдению гражданами и юридическими лицами лесного законодательства Российской Федерации. Обеспечивать рациональное, непрерывное лесопользование, охрану, защиту лесного фонда и воспроизводство лесов на землях лесного фонда на подведомственной территории.

высшее профессиональное образование по специальности лесное и садово-парковое хозяйство и стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности не менее 1 года или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности не менее 3-х лет.
