The posting

1. Формирует и размещает в КСУ потребности на приобретение товарно-материальных ценностей (далее ТМЦ), инструмента, средств индивидуальной защиты (далее СИЗ). 2. Контролирует оборачиваемость ТМЦ; своевременное списание, вовлечение в производство материалов, оборудования, инструмента, СИЗ. 3. Контролирует уровень запасов на складах участка в рамках утвержденного показателя чистого оборотного капитала. С учетом планового прихода и вовлечения ТМЦ, формирует анализ отклонений от плана. 4. Проводит мониторинг запасов ТМЦ в Группе компаний на предмет возможности вовлечения в производственную деятельность. 5. Выявляет сверхнормативные запасы оборудования и комплектующих изделий, неустановленного и неиспользуемого оборудования, выносит предложения по их реализации. 6. Получает с Центрального склада, организует доставку на участок ТМЦ, инструмента, СИЗ, в том числе от других подразделений и участков. 7. Оформляет в учетных системах следующие документы: - Реализация товаров и услуг (РТиУ) УПД (Упрощенный передаточный документ);- Создание/отправка/прием/привязка электронных документов; - Корректировка серий и характеристик товаров;- Поступление товаров и услуг (ПТиУ) - М-4 (Приходный ордер); - Комплектация номенклатуры; - Передача ОС - АКТ о приеме-передаче групп объектов основных средств (кроме зданий, сооружений) Унифицированная форма №ОС-1б, счет-фактура; - Реализация имущества учитываемое на забалансе УПД (Упрощенный передаточный документ); - Перемещение товаров ТМЦ Накладная Форма М-11; - Перемещение ОС Форма ОС-2;- Списание товаров - ВН-12 (Акт на списание инвентаря и хоз.принадлежностей); - Списание ОС АКТ о списании объекта основных средств (кроме автотранспортных средств) Унифицированная форма № ОС-4;- Реестр на оплату; 8. Оформляет и составляет отчеты в КСУ, и использование их в своей работе: - МТО. Состояние выполнения потребностей; - Отчет по сериям; - Отчет по запасам и ожидаемому поступлению ТМЦ. 9. Взаимодействует с сотрудниками Управляющей компании в части вопросов: - обеспечения производства ТМЦ; - ведению учета и движения ТМЦ; - оформления отчетов и предоставления информации по запросам Руководства; - согласования документов в СЭД; - согласования аналогов ТМЦ; - других вопросов, связанных с деятельностью участка, подразделения с целью их решения, контроля. 10. Контролирует сроки приобретения заявленных ТМЦ, инструмента, СИЗ. 11. Своевременно списывает, вовлеченные в производство оборудование, инструмент, СИЗ. 12. Участвует в работе инвентаризационной комиссии. 13. Ведет переписку по претензиям при нарушении поставщиками договорных обязательств, согласовывает изменения сроков поставок, замену оборудования и комплектующих изделий. 14. Участвует, в качестве члена комиссии, в комиссии по приемке и списанию ОС и в комиссии по списанию ТМЦ.

Умение работать с программными продуктами, используемыми в Обществе. Ответственность, исполнительность, умение работать с людьми и находить подход к каждому члену коллектива.
