Осуществление первичного выявления потребности у клиента в продуктах и услугах банка и его партнеров; - Организация и проведение встреч и переговоров с потенциальными новыми партнерами банка (преимущественно путем выезда на территорию предприятия) - Осуществление ведения базы клиентов, поддержание в актуальном состоянии, поиск новых клиентов (холодные продажи); - Соблюдение норматива звонков и встреч личного привлечения клиентов холодные продажи и сотрудников Отдела продаж; - Выполнение установленных планов подразделения продаж по продуктовой линейке для предприятий и ИП (кредитование, депозиты, ВЭД, открытие р/сч ЮЛ/ИП) и кросс-продаж (ЗП, эквайринг, куаринг, банковские гарантии, кредитование малого бизнеса, корпоративные и бизнес карты и прочие продукты для физических лиц). - Организация, сопровождение новых проектов.

ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЙ ОПЫТ НЕ МЕНЕЕ 4-х ЛЕТ ПРОФИЛЬНОГО, БАНКОВСКОГО ОПЫТА Лидерство, организаторские способности, ориентация на результат; - Требовательность к сотрудникам и ответственность, анализ эффективности работы Отдела продаж; - Владение CRM-системами, умение анализировать воронку продаж, владение техниками продаж и работы с возражениями, умение прогнозировать результаты работы по воронке; - Способность быстро переключаться между разными задачами и эффективно управлять своим вниманием, работа в многозадачности, умение оперативно переключаться в решении текущих вопросов; - Коммуникабельность, корректность, тактичность; - Стрессоустойчивость и навыки переговоров с первыми лицами компаний; - Владение знаниями структурирования сделок на кредитование предприятий, умение ориентироваться в разных сферах деятельности компаний (торговля, строительство, услуги, производство и др); - Ориентация в системах налогообложения ЮЛ/ИП (ОСНО, УСН, Патент) и правоустанавливающих документах организаций для возможности их сбора на кредитование и открытия счетов ЮЛ/ИП.
