The posting

Управление полным циклом роботизированного производства по окраске пластиковых компонентов для автомобильной промышленности (бамперы, молдинги, корпуса зеркал). Обеспечение строгого выполнения производственных планов, технологических регламентов и KPI в соответствии с требованиями южнокорейских автоконцернов. Внедрение и контроль стандартов бережливого производства (Lean Production) и систем менеджмента качества, принятых в материнской компании. Организация, пусконаладка и технический надзор за эксплуатацией корейских автоматизированных окрасочных комплексов и сушильных камер. Непосредственное ежедневное техническое взаимодействие с инженерами, поставщиками химических компонентов и оборудования в Южной Корее. Согласование рецептур лакокрасочных материалов (ЛКМ) и режимов полимеризации пластика с зарубежным головным офисом. Ведение регулярной технической и финансовой отчетности перед корейскими учредителями холдинга, участие в международных аудитах качества.

Образование: Высшее техническое/инженерное (химическая технология, автоматизация производственных процессов или машиностроение). Свободное владение корейским языком (уровень TOPIK II, Уровень 5 6) обязательно. Необходим подтвержденный навык ведения синхронного перевода узкоспециализированных технических совещаний (химия полимеров, дефекты окраски). Опыт работы с оригинальной конструкторской, технологической документацией и паспортами безопасности ЛКМ (MSDS) на корейском языке. Владение английским языком (не ниже Upper-Intermediate) для работы в международной ERP-системе. Опыт работы на руководящих должностях (директор по производству, главный технолог) от 5 лет строго на предприятиях, использующих южнокорейские автоматизированные линии окраски пластика. Глубокое понимание специфики адгезии ЛКМ к различным видам автомобильных пластиков (ABS, PP/EPDM) по стандартам корейского автопрома. Практический опыт настройки и программирования корейских промышленных роботов-манипуляторов для нанесения грунта, базы и лака. Практические знания специализированных систем минимизации брака окраски (дефекты соринность, шагрень, кратеры ) по методикам азиатского менеджмента качества. Экспертный уровень работы в специализированных корейских программных комплексах управления производством (MES/ERP), интегрированных с головной компанией. Знание корейской деловой этики и регламентов корпоративного управления зарубежных холдингов.
