Чем предстоит заниматься: Привлечение частных и институциональных клиентов на обслуживание в финансовую группу; Профессиональные консультации клиентов в рамках основного направления деятельности банка; Оценивание риск-профиля, потребностей, целей, стиля жизни клиента; Подбор оптимального портфеля; Составление инвестиционной стратегии под задачи клиента; Работа с окружением клиента (семья, партнеры) для возможного предложения доп. сервисов Постоянный мониторинг портфеля клиента и внесение предложений по изменению состава портфеля. Наши ожидания: Высшее образование (экономическое, банковское, финансовое); Аттестат ФСФР специалиста фондового рынка 1.0; Опыт активной работы с клиентами сегмента; Знание методологии персонального финансового планирования, умение выявлять потребности клиента в финансовых продуктах, разрабатывать удовлетворяющий клиента финансовый план; Умение устанавливать и поддерживать с клиентом долгосрочные взаимоотношения Личные качества: рациональность, внимательность, прогрессивность.
