3.1. Медицинская сестра патронажная выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: - осуществляет уход, наблюдение за состоянием здоровья получателей социальных услуг (измерение температуры тела, артериального давления, контроль за приемом лекарственных препаратов и др.) - осуществляет доврачебную медицинскую помощь при острых заболеваниях, травмах, обострении хронических заболеваний; - оказывает неотложную доврачебную медицинскую помощь в установленном порядке; - выполняет врачебные назначения, осуществляет квалифицированный сестринский уход за получателями социальных услуг, сообщает врачу (в его отсутствие фельдшеру), заведующему отделением, курирующему вопросы организации медицинской помощи, об ухудшении состояния больных, осложнениях после медицинских манипуляций; - осуществляет систематическое наблюдение за получателями социальных услуг в целях выявления отклонений в состоянии их здоровья; - осуществляет проверку врачебных назначений по историям болезни, оформляет требования на получение лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения, получает медикаменты, изделия медицинского назначения у старшей медицинской сестры, проводит их учет на посту, хранение, расходование; - выполняет мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического (следит за личной гигиеной, сменой нательного и постельного белья, следит за приемом пищи согласно назначенной лечебной диете), противоэпидемического и лечебно-охранительного режима в учреждении; - участвует в проведении профилактических медицинских осмотров, диспансеризации, иммунизации получателей социальных услуг; - консультирует по социально-медицинским вопросам в пределах своей компетенции (поддержание и сохранение здоровья получателей социальных услуг, проведение оздоровительных мероприятий); - проводит мероприятия, направленные на формирование здорового образа жизни в пределах своей компетенции; - ведет учет оказанных социально-медицинских услуг получателям социальных услуг (в т.ч. на электронном носителе) с формированием реестра в установленные сроки; - передает сведения о движении получателей социальных услуг в надзорные службы (МЧС); - ведет учет проведенной работы в установленном порядке журналы.
