- проводить вводный инструктаж по охране труда;- консультировать работников по вопросам применения безопасных методов и приемоввыполнения работ, подготовки инструкций по охране труда и проведения инструктажей,стажировок на рабочем месте;- формировать отчетные документы о проведении инструктажей, обучения, стажировок,результатах контроля за состоянием условий и охраны труда;- выявлять потребность в обучении работников по вопросам охраны труда, оказания первойпомощи пострадавшим;- анализировать и систематизировать данные о работниках, прошедших обучение по охранетруда и проверку знания требований охраны труда, приемов оказания первой помощипострадавшим, в электронном виде;- разрабатывать информационные и методические материалы для подготовки инструкций поохране труда, оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим, программы обучения работниковбезопасным методам и приемам выполнения работ;- определять порядок реализации мероприятий, обеспечивающих функционированиесистемы управления охраной труда;- контролировать своевременность, полноту выдачи работникам средств индивидуальнойзащиты и правильность их применения работниками в соответствии с правилами обеспеченияработников специальной одеждой, специальной обувью и другими средствами индивидуальнойзащиты;- консультировать работников о порядке бесплатной выдачи им по установленным нормаммолока или равноценных пищевых продуктов, компенсационных выплат, санитарно-бытовомобслуживании и медицинских осмотрах, о порядке и условиях предоставления льгот икомпенсаций работникам, занятым на работах с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда;- использовать в работе данные мониторинга условий и охраны труда на рабочих местах,риска повреждения здоровья;- подготавливать предложения по корректировке локальных нормативных актов на основерезультатов контроля условий и охраны труда;- оформлять документацию и вести служебную переписку в соответствии с требованиями,утвержденными в организации;- организовывать размещение в доступных местах наглядных пособий и современныхтехнических средств по вопросам условий и охраны труда
