Медицинская сестра палатная отделения для новорожденных отделения должна выполнять: правила внутреннего распорядка отделения своевременно и точно выполнять назначение врача, в случае невыполнения немедленно доводить до сведения лечащего врача; обеспечивать своевременное обследование новорожденных (лабораторное и прочее); наблюдать за состоянием новорожденных, при выявленных отклонениях доложить врачу; немедленно сообщать врачу, заведующему отделением о внезапном ухудшении состояния новорожденного; участвовать в обходе новорожденных, выполнять назначения врача; осуществлять все санитарно-гигиенические мероприятия у новорожденных, первичную обработку новорожденных и последующую принимать новорожденных в отделение, проводить санитарную обработку вновь поступивших новорожденных; распределять новорожденных по мере их состояния в палаты или из палат интенсивной терапии по назначению врача; принимать и сдавать дежурство непосредственно у кроватей новорожденных; информировать о правилах пребывания, внутреннем распорядке, особенностях совместного пребывания с новорожденным в палатах мать и дитя, палате патологии новорожденных и ПИТ новорожденных; при несоблюдении правил докладывать старшей медицинской сестре отделения и дежурному врачу; производить взвешивание новорожденных с отметкой в истории развития новорожденного и измерять температуру 2 раза в сутки ( утром и вечером); пеленать детей, следить за сменой постельного и нательного белья у новорожденного, а так же за личной гигиеной новорожденного (купание, подмывание); следить за правильностью кормления родильницами в отделении, прикладывать их в первый раз и докармливать при нехватке молока у матери; соблюдать правила приготовления смеси и следить за ее качеством и годностью; обеспечивать своевременное получение лекарств новорожденными; обеспечивать уход за новорожденными, нуждающимися в респираторной поддержке; производить забор венозной крови у новорожденного; производить уход за сосудистыми катетерами (при их наличии), постановка и уход за желудочным зондом; вакцинация новорожденных противотуберкулезной вакциной, вакциной против Гепатита В; производить сбор мочи на анализ, производить сбор материала на ПЦР и БАК-исследования; забор крови на сахар и скрининг на наследственные заболевания; выполнять правила проведения фототерапии; в/м, п/к и в/в инъекции; правильное ведение медицинской документации; умение работать с медоборудованием и т.д.
