Обязанности: Разработка и реализация стратегии развития бизнеса компании по продажам выделенной линейки продукции компании Активный поиск и привлечение потенциальных дилеров, установление контактов с ЛПР, построение долгосрочных отношений, проведение переговоров, заключение договоров, сопровождение сделок Работа с маркетплейсами Выход на новые рынки, регионы и отрасли сбыта продукции Управление продажами, постановка целей, прогнозирование, контроль и анализ результатов Разработка и практическое внедрение новых стратегий и процессов продвижения продуктов компании. Привлечение необходимых инструментов, ресурсов и технологий Изучение рынка и рыночных тенденций, анализ работы конкурентов Обеспечение документального сопровождения всех процессов Требования: Опыт работы в продажах от 3-х лет с наличием успешных кейсов (укажите в резюме свои достижения) Успешный опыт активных личных продаж (приветствуется опыт продаж складского или специализированного оборудования) Опыт работы с маркеплейсами будет Вашим преимуществом Высокие коммуникативные и организационные навыки, способность к конструктивному взаимодействию с людьми, грамотная речь, опыт ведения деловых переговоров, в том числе с лицами, принимающими решения Активная жизненная позиция, нацеленность на результат, умение находить нестандартные решения, самостоятельность, инициативность, стрессоустойчивость, ответственность, требовательность Готовность к командировкам Знание правил оформления всей необходимой юридической и бухгалтерской документации по сопровождению сделок ПК уверенный пользователь 1С, MS Officе Условия: Работа в российской стабильной компании-производителе Оплата: оклад + % от продаж График работы 5/2 с 9.00 до 18.00 ч, выходные суббота и воскресенье Место работы - г. Химки, Коммунальный проезд, д. 30 Полный рабочий день, работа на территории работодателя. Удаленный/гибридный метод работы, гибкий график/частичная занятость не рассматриваются Оформление по ТК РФ Своевременная выплата зарплаты Испытательный срок - до 3 месяцев Перспектива карьерного роста
