Осуществлять работу с договорами Департамента по коммерческой деятельности в соответствии с Инструкцией о порядке заключения договоров, организации их учета и контроля исполнения договорных обязательств; Осуществлять проверку первичной документации по договорам Департамента по коммерческой деятельности, контроль качества и достаточности данных; Осуществлять формирование пакета первичных финансовых документов (далее - ППФД); Осуществлять ведение документооборота в соответствии с условиями договоров; Осуществлять работу с системой защиты доходов с использованием франкировальных машин (далее - СЗД ФМ) в соответствии с Порядком сверки отчетов Системы защиты доходов с использованием франкировальных машин с Автоматизированной системой коммерческого учета 1C; Осуществлять формирование отчетов по федеральным и региональным клиентам в соответствии со справочником Единого Классификатора Услуг; Формировать РТиУ и их корректировки в 1C; Формировать документ «Выручка по физическим лицам» в соответствии с учётной политикой для целей коммерческого учета; Формировать регулярную отчетность. Осуществлять мониторинг и контроль взаиморасчетов и дебиторской задолженности по договорам Департамента по коммерческой деятельности; Осуществлять по запросам ЦФО сбор первичной документации и формирование пакетов документов в ЦФО для передачи проблемного актива на этапы принудительного взыскания; Осуществлять работу по возврату денежных средств по официальным обращениям клиентов или служебным запискам ЦФО в единой системе электронного документооборота; Осуществлять своевременную подготовку и сдачу всех установленных для Отдела форм отчетности, контроль правильности содержащихся в них сведений, регулярное формирование установленных форм отчетности и рабочей документации по запросам Департамента поддержки продаж Дирекции экономики Блока по финансовым и экономическим вопросам/ Отдела коммерческой отчетности Департамента по экономике и финансам Макрорегиона.

Образование высшее; Опыт работы бухгалтер или экономист (желательно); Ответственность, внимательность, исполнительность, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать с большим объемом информации.
