The posting

Мониторинг состояния информационных систем, сервисов и ИТ-оборудования; Диагностика неисправностей ИТ-систем и оборудования, поиск первопричин неисправностей; Сопровождение открытых кейсов у компаний-вендоров; Администрирование и наладка систем мониторинга; Администрирование автоматизированных систем в ограниченном объеме; Оповещение должностных лиц и регистрация инцидентов по событиям систем мониторинга; Диспетчеризация открытых инцидентов; Обновление прошивок и микрокодов на серверном и сетевом оборудовании; Ежедневный контроль и проверка работы ИТ-систем, выполнение регламентных работ; Составление и поддержка в актуальном состоянии эксплуатационной документации.

Знания: Unix и Windows пользовательских систем; Основные принципы построения корпоративных компьютерных сетей; Основы и регламенты обеспечения информационной безопасности; Английский язык на уровне чтения технической документации в области информационных и компьютерных технологий; Опыт администрирования продуктов Microsoft (Всевозможные версии Windows, Exchange, базовые сервисы AD, DNS и т.д.); Опыт работы с системами виртуализации (VMware vSphere); Знание основных сетевых протоколов и принципов работы корпоративных сетей, желателен опыт работы с оборудованием Cisco; Навыки администрирования систем мониторинга SCOM 2012/2016, Zabbix, HP SIM, HP IRS, либо других систем мониторинга. Опыт поддержки пользователей, в том числе удаленной; Опыт разработки и ведения технической документации в области ИТ. Для эффективного выполнения своей деятельности Специалист должен обладать следующими основными навыками и профессиональными качествами: Умением планировать и организовывать свою работу; Определять источники и причины возникновения инцидентов; Оценивать последствия выявленных инцидентов; Осуществлять контроль обеспечения уровня защищенности в автоматизированных системах; Умением оперативно принимать организационные и технические решения, а также планировать свою деятельность; Оценивать информационные риски в автоматизированных системах; Умением вести деловую переписку; Умением обрабатывать большие объёмы информации;Опытом коммуникации с конечными пользователями; Навыками владения компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым для работы программным обеспечением.
