Обязанности: Руководство деятельностью отдела, планирование его работы и расстановка кадров. Координация работы отдела с другими подразделениями станции. Контроль за приёмом вызовов фельдшерами, регулирование их потока в зависимости от срочности. Контроль за соответствием профиля бригады сложности вызова и за оперативностью работы выездных бригад (время выезда, прибытия, выполнения вызова). Контроль за своевременной доставкой пациентов в стационары. Координация предоставления информации населению о больных и пострадавших. Контроль за ведением базы данных вызовов и качеством медицинской документации. Контроль за работой санитарного автотранспорта. Взаимодействие с органами власти, полицией, пожарными и другими оперативными службами. Организация повышения квалификации сотрудников отдела. Анализ работы отдела и представление отчётности. В случае необходимости перемещение персонала и автотранспорта. Рассмотрение жалоб населения на работу медицинского персонала. Организация работы станции при чрезвычайных ситуациях. В своей работе заведующий руководствуется законодательством РФ, нормативными и методическими документами Минздрава РФ, уставом станции, приказами и распоряжениями главного врача, а также положением об оперативном отделе.

Требования: Образование: высшее медицинское по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . Подготовка: интернатура или ординатура по специальности Скорая медицинская помощь . Либо профессиональная переподготовка по этой специальности при наличии послевузовского образования по одной из смежных специальностей ( Анестезиология-реаниматология, Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина), Терапия, Педиатрия, Хирургия ). Сертификат: по специальности Скорая медицинская помощь . Опыт: требуется стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности.
