1. Фельдшер ФЗ оказывает доврачебную помощь в соответствии с установленными стандартами амбулаторно и на дому. 2. Проводит диспансерное наблюдение за больными с хроническими заболеваниями с ежегодным проведением курса противорецидивного лечения согласно плана диспансеризации. 3. Проводит диспансерное динамическое наблюдение за беременными женщинами в целях раннего выявления осложнений беременности, родов и послеродового периода. 4. Активное наблюдение за пожилым населением старше 60 лет не менее четырех раз в году. 5. Организация и проведение осмотров населения старше 40 лет на выявление глаукомы. 6. Организация и проведение ежегодного флюорографического обследования лиц старше 15 лет. 7. Организация и проведение профилактических прививок населению участка согласно плана. 8. Диспансерное динамическое наблюдение за детьми первого года жизни, за неорганизованными детьми. 9. Организация и проведение ежегодных углубленных медицинских осмотров школьников и детей, посещающих детские дошкольные учреждения, неорганизованных детей. 10. Анализ показателей работы фельдшерского здравпункта. Своевременное предоставление отчетности о работе ФЗ в оргметодкабинет ЦРБ. 11. Организация и проведение санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий на участке с целью предупреждения распространения инфекционных заболеваний. 12. Для предупреждения профессиональных заболеваний и распространения инфекций проводить обработку медицинского инструментария согласно ОСТ. 13. Организация и проведение санитарно-просветительной работы с населением: чтение лекций, бесед, тематических вечеров, оформление санбюллетеней. 14. Ведет на ФЗ утвержденные Министерством Здравоохранения формы медицинской документации, ведет паспорт участка и ежегодно обновляет в нем данные. 15. Ежегодно разрабатывает план работы ФЗ на следующий год и представляет на утверждение главному врачу ЦРБ. 16. Организовывает транспортировку больных в ЦРБ по показаниям, а тяжело больных и детей до одного года сопровождает лично в ЦРБ. 17. Фельдшер ФЗ одновременно является заведующим аптечным пунктом. Пополняет запас медикаментов, обеспечивает правильное хранение лекарственных средств и бакпрепаратов. 18. Постоянно повышает свою квалификацию.
