Обеспечение технической эксплуатации, высокопроизводительной бесперебойной работы тепловых энергоустановок, систем вентиляции и кондиционирования. Осуществление обслуживания и подготовки тепловых энергоустановок, систем вентиляции и кондиционирования к эксплуатации. Своевременное снятие показаний приборов учета тепло и газопотребления. Ведение учета и анализа достоверности показаний приборов учета с расчетными данными. Осуществление подготовки тепловых энергоустановок и оборудования к работе в отопительном сезоне. Осуществление профилактических работ на оборудовании в межотопительный сезон. Обеспечение безопасного режима газоснабжения Предприятия. Осуществление контроля выполнения плана ремонта оборудования группы тепло-газо-вентиляции. Осуществление координации работы слесарей и электрогазосварщика. Ведение учета вентиляционного оборудования и оборудования для кондиционирования воздуха, проверка его технического состояния. Изучение изменений в постановлениях, распоряжениях, приказах, правилах, методических и нормативных материалах. Вести делопроизводство, связанное с профессиональной деятельностью и должностными обязанностями.

Среднее профессиональное образование - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена или среднее профессиональное образование (непрофильное) - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки в области теплоснабжения Опыт работы(в должности, в сфере): не менее 6 месяцев Навыки работы с компьютером: пользователь график работы: 5/2
