Приём и первичный осмотр Оценка состояния и сортировка. Он оценивает тяжесть состояния человека, определяет, нужна ли неотложная помощь, и решает, требуется ли срочная госпитализация. Также в его задачи входит сортировка пациентов (триаж) распределение потоков в зависимости от срочности. Установление предварительного диагноза и план действий. На основе осмотра и данных врач формулирует предварительный диагноз, назначает необходимый объём обследований (лабораторных, инструментальных ЭКГ, рентген, УЗИ) и лечебных мероприятий прямо в приёмном отделении. Оказание экстренной помощи. При состояниях, угрожающих жизни (острые нарушения дыхания, кровообращения, тяжёлые травмы, отравления), врач оказывает неотложную или экстренную медицинскую помощь в рамках своих компетенций. Организация дальнейшей помощи. Если для уточнения диагноза или тактики нужны консультации профильных специалистов, врач приглашает их (в том числе заведующего отделением или дежурного врача в выходные и ночью), при необходимости организует консилиум. Он также взаимодействует с бригадами скорой помощи, сотрудниками диагностических служб и другими подразделениями стационара. Работа с документацией. Врач своевременно и качественно оформляет медицинскую документацию: стационарную карту, направления, листки нетрудоспособности, сопроводительные документы при переводе или госпитализации. Организация процессов в отделении. При наличии подчинённого персонала врач руководит его работой, контролирует правильность проведения процедур, использование оборудования и лекарств, соблюдение правил техники безопасности и охраны труда. Он также может участвовать в занятиях по повышению квалификации сотрудников. Соблюдение режима и безопасности. Врач обеспечивает соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, правил внутреннего распорядка, противопожарной безопасности и техники безопасности.

Высшее медицинское образование. Нужно окончить специалитет по одной из специальностей: Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . Подготовка по врачебной специальности. После вуза необходимо получить профильную подготовку. Это может быть ординатура по соответствующей специальности (например, Терапия, Хирургия, Скорая медицинская помощь, Педиатрия ). Для действующих врачей, которые уже имеют базовую врачебную специальность, возможен путь через профессиональную переподготовку Аккредитация. Ключевое условие наличие действующего свидетельства об аккредитации специалиста по выбранной врачебной специальности. Без этого документа к самостоятельной работе не допустят. Занятость: 1 рабочее место - 0,5 ставки.
