Вакансия компании: Распределительные центры Мы — распределительный центр оптового направления. Обслуживаем оптовые отгрузки B2B, кросс-докинг, а также отгрузки на маркетплейсы Ozon и WB. Наш склад класса А площадью 5 000 кв. м — это высокая интенсивность, крупный объем грузооборота и постоянное движение. Номенклатура — около 5 000 SKU. Сейчас мы в активной фазе оптимизации склада. Ищем руководителя, который наведет порядок, выстроит систему и выведет склад на новый уровень по точности, скорости и дисциплине. Мы предлагаем: Зарплата от 150 000 ₽ + KPI (по результатам испытательного срока). Полная занятость с графиком пн-пт 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00. Работа в стабильной компании с хорошей репутацией. Возможность профессионального роста и развития. Комфортные условия труда. Чем предстоит заниматься: Оптимизация складских процессов для повышения эффективности. Оптимизация складских процессов по отгрузке на маркетплейсы (OZON, WB). Выстроить систему отчетности по ключевым показателям работы центра в 1С (WMS нет). Снизить рекламации и пересорт, повысить точность и скорость сборки, обеспечить соблюдение сроков отгрузки. Навести порядок в адресном хранении и топологии центра (зонирование, размещение, маршруты сборки). Оптимизировать ФОТ: перераспределить нагрузку, совместить функции, внедрить нормирование и показатели. Контроль за выполнением планов по обработке и отгрузке товаров. Организация работы команды сотрудников до 50 чел. Внедрение системы инвентаризации (полной и цикличной). Мы ожидаем от кандидата: Опыт работы в управлении центром или складом от 3 до 6 лет. Знание современных технологий управления складом и автоматизации. Навыки работы с программами для учета и управления запасами. Способность принимать решения и брать на себя ответственность. Хорошие организаторские способности. Умение работать в команде и эффективно взаимодействовать с коллегами. Уверенный пользователь 1С/Excel/Google Sheets (сводные, отчеты, анализ). Будет преимуществом: Опыт работы с негабаритными товарами. Опыт внедрения автоматизации ордерного хранения. Опыт в распределительных центрах или оптовых складах от 3000 SKU. Опыт внедрения мотивации (KPI, премии, грейды). Дополнительные преимущества: Транспорт до работы Скидки в компании Парковка
