Вакансия компании: ООО "Эколайн-Техно Компания Эколайн Была основана в 1995 году. Основное направление деятельности - производство промышленных моечных машин. Оборудование выпускаемое компанией отвечает самым последним технологическим и экологическим стандартам: безотходные, экологически чистые машины для обезжиривания в негорючих растворителях и многофункциональные машины для подготовки поверхностей в водных растворах (обезжиривание, травление, фосфатирование, пассивация и т.п.). Мы предлагаем: Официальное трудоустройство. Полная занятость с графиком 5/2. Выплаты два раза в месяц. Комфортные условия труда. Возможность работать в стабильной компании. Чем предстоит заниматься: Полное ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учета одного юрлица (ООО на ОСНО) в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ. Кадровый учет и миграционный учет: оформление приема, перевода, увольнения сотрудников. Расчет заработной платы, больничных, отпусков. Контроль и ведение кадрового делопроизводства по иностранным гражданам (визовые/безвизовые, патенты, ЕАЭС), своевременная подача уведомлений в МВД. Управленческая отчетность: формирование ежемесячной управленческой отчетности (P L/БДР, ДДС, Баланс) для руководства компании. Отчетность и аудит: подготовка и своевременная сдача всех видов налоговой, статистической и финансовой отчетности. Взаимодействие с госорганами: прохождение налоговых проверок, оперативное реагирование на запросы, требования и уведомления ИФНС, Социального фонда и тд. Оптимизация процессов: контроль дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, проведение актов сверки с контрагентами, оптимизация документооборота. Мы ожидаем от кандидата: Профильное высшее образование (экономика, финансы, бухгалтерский учет). Опыт работы на позиции Главного бухгалтера или Единственного бухгалтера от 3–5 лет (желательно в компаниях с аналогичным оборотом от 200-300 млн руб.). Экспертные знания ОСНО: глубокое понимание расчетов НДС и налога на прибыль, знание ПБУ и ФСБУ. Опыт ведения иностранных сотрудников: четкое знание миграционного законодательства РФ, особенностей налогообложения (НДФЛ, страховые взносы) и документооборота по иностранцам в штате. Опыт составления управленческой отчетности. Свободное владение инструментами: 1С: Бухгалтерия. Внимательность к деталям, системность мышления, самостоятельность, высокий уровень ответственности и умение аргументировать свою позицию.
