2.1 Знать: законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, касающиеся организации службы лучевой диагностики в Российской Федерации. 2.2 Выполнять снимки и другие исследования по методикам, определенным врачом рентгенологом. 2.3Оказывать помощь врачу при выполнении сложных специальных исследований. 2.4 Приготовить для исследования контрастное вещество и реактивы для обработки плёнки. 2.5Проявлять рентгеновскую плёнку. 2.6 Своевременное получение у старшего рентгенолаборанта рентгеновских плёноку, хим. реактивы, контрастные вещества, медикаменты. 2.7. Ведение медицинской учётно- отчётной документации по утверждённым формам, в установленные сроки. 2.8. Самостоятельно выполненять рентгеновские снимки и флюорограммы, назначаемых лечащим врачом, а также выполнять снимки на месте передвижным аппаратом. 2.9. Отвечать за сохранность находящихся в кабинете материальных ценностей. 2.10. Соблюдать санитарно- гигиенические правила и правильность эксплуатации рентгеновской аппаратуры. 2.11 Уведомить о неисправностях аппаратуры зав. отделением и вызвать мед. техника. 2.12. Контролировать работу санитарки. 2.13. В соответствии с действующим законодательством о труде выполнять в течении дня полный объём работы, определяемой расчётными нормами, утверждёнными приказом № 132 от 02.08.1991г. Министерством здравоохранения и функциональными обязанностями. 2.14. Находится у пульта управления и следить за показаниями приборов во время исследования больного за экраном. 2.15 Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, радиационной безопасности и охраны труда. 2.16. Систематически повышать свою квалификацию. 2.17. Уметь оказать неотложную помощь при поражении электрическим током, при анафилактическом шоке, обмороке. 2.18 Осуществляет контроль за состоянием больного во время проведения исследования и текущий контроль за состоянием используемого оборудования, своевременным его ремонтом и списанием. 2.19 Контролировать подбор технических реактивов при снимках различных органов, а также правильность фотохимических процессов. 2.20. Совместно с мед. техником принимать участие в проверке технического состояния аппаратуры и оборудования в кабинете. 2.21.Проверять состояние защитных средств в рентгенодиагностическом кабинете. 2.22 Следит за дозой рентгеновского излучения, исправностью рентгеновского аппарата, за соблюдением чистоты и порядка в рентгенокабинете. 2.23 Заполнять листки учета дозовой нагрузки на обследуемого пациента. 2.24 Оказывает доврачебную помощь при неотложных состояниях. 2.25 Проводить компьютерные исследования в присутствии врача рентгенолога в ночное время. 2.26 Проходит профилактический медицинский осмотр в установленные сроки.
