участие в проектировании государственных информационных систем в рамках запросов органов власти по консультационному сопровождению в части ИТ-архитектуры участие в написании стандартов и методических рекомендаций; участие в выработке архитектурной концепции государственных информационных систем; выработка типовых архитектурных решений и контроль их использования в проектировании ИТ - архитектуры государственных информационных систем; экспертная оценка технических заданий, функциональных технических требований, технических проектов, а также иных документов, формируемых при создании или развитии государственных информационных систем на Платформе, в части требований к ИТ-архитектуре; архитектурный надзор за реализацией ИТ-архитектуры в проектах, анализ требований к ИТ- архитектуре; выработка рекомендаций по развитию ИТ- архитектуры государственных информационных систем на Платформе; изучение актуальных и перспективных инструментов и технологий и применение полученных знаний в рамках развития Платформы; участие в оценке объема работ и сроков по проектам, реализуемым на Платформе.

высшее профессиональное (техническое или инженерно-экономическое) образование; опыт работы архитектором от 3-х лет; желателен опыт создания или развития государственных информационных систем; знание практики управления жизненным циклом создания (развития) информационной системы, управлением ИТ-услугами, инфраструктурой; знание основ системного анализа и проектирования информационных систем; понимание жизненного цикла разработки ПО с применением методологий Agile/SCRUM, бережливого производства программного обеспечения, дизайн-мышления; знание основ управления архитектурой предприятия по методологии TOGAF; понимание принципов и способов реализации различных архитектурных подходов: MSA, SOA, EDA; знания и навыки проектирования архитектуры системы в нотации C4 Diagram и (или) Archimate; опыт проектирования систем с использованием микросервисного подхода и средствами оркестрации контейнеров; знание шаблонов интеграции, знание современных продуктов и интеграционных технологий, дизайн API контрактов (gRPC, REST Api); знание теории реляционных БД; желателен опыт проектирования распределенных, отказоустойчивых, масштабируемых информационных систем; желателен опыт работы с различными хранилищами, как реляционными, так и NoSQL; хороший кругозор и знание современных технологий, продуктов, фреймворков (инфраструктура, devops, data science, cloud native); желателен опыт работы с криптографией; желателен опыт реализации проектов миграции в сфере ИТ-инфраструктуры; желателен опыт написания концепций и методических документов; желателен опыт работы с платформами для моделирования бизнес-процессов.
