Функционал: участвовать в формировании и реализации научно-технической политики предприятия (формирование приоритетов, формирование портфеля и экспертиза НИОКР, мониторинг реализации НИОКР, взаимодействие с заказчиками, отчетность); формировать и управлять программой инновационного развития предприятия (планирование, мониторинг выполнения, формирование инфраструктуры для реализации инноваций, программы адресной подготовки кадров, международное сотрудничество и др.) развивать научный (научно-технический, инновационный) потенциал предприятия; руководить исследовательскими и экспериментальными работами; принимать меры по ускорению освоения в производстве прогрессивных технологических процессов, новейших материалов, по широкому внедрению научно-технических достижений.

В блок научной, инновационной деятельности АО "НИФХИ им. Л.Я. Карпова" требуется Директор по научной и инновационной деятельности. Требования: высшее техническое образование (предпочтительно химическое). наличие ученой степени доктора или кандидата наук; стаж работы не менее пяти лет по специальности на научно-производственных и (или) инженерно-технических руководящих должностях в соответствующей профилю предприятия отрасли (ядерная медицина, радиофармацевтика, физическая и радиохимия, химия полимеров, в том числе радиационная; органическая химия, фильтрующие материалы и др.); опыт организации и руководства научных исследований, координации научных подразделений; опыт участия в формировании планов научно-исследовательских работ.
