3. ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ 3.1. Основная (производственная) деятельность: 3.1.1. Ведение процесса химической очистки воды: хлорирование, обессоливание, обескремнивание, натрий-катионирование, известкование и др. на установке (агрегате) производительностью до 70 м/ч. 3.1.2. Обслуживание и регулирование работы водоподготовительных агрегатов и аппаратов конденсатоочистки: подогревателей, отстойников, сатураторов, деаэраторов, катионитовых и механических фильтров. 3.1.3. Регенерация реагентов, очистка и промывка аппаратуры. 3.1.4. Наблюдение за показателями контрольно-измерительных приборов. 3.1.5. Определение жесткости, щелочности и других показателей качества химически очищенной воды. 3.1.6. Приготовление реактивов и дозирование щелочи. 3.1.7. Осмотр и текущий ремонт обслуживаемого оборудования и аппаратуры. 3.1.8. Ведение записей в журнале о работе установок. 3.1.9. Выполнение приказов, письменных и устных распоряжений, служебных заданий и поручений вышестоящего руководства, не вступающих в противоречие с условиями трудового договора аппаратчика химводоочистки и настоящей должностной инструкцией. 3.1.10. Своевременное прохождение обязательных видов обучения. Повышение профессиональной квалификации в учебных центрах, на курсах и семинарах, соответствующих профилю работы, а также посредством самообразования и участия во внутрифирменных программах. 3.1.11. Соблюдение Правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, норм и правил охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии и гигиены, служебной субординации, профессиональной этики.

2. ТРЕБОВАНИЯ, ПРЕДЪЯВЛЯЕМЫЕ К АППАРАТЧИКУ ХИМВОДООЧИСТКИ 2.1. На должность аппаратчика химводоочистки теплового хозяйства назначается лицо, имеющее среднее профессиональное образование и стаж аналогичной работы не менее 6 месяцев. 2.2. Аппаратчик химводоочистки должен знать: 2.2.1. Принцип работы обслуживаемого оборудования: водоподготовительных установок, фильтров различных систем, насосов, дозаторов, деаэраторов, сатураторов, отстойников и других аппаратов, применяемых в процессе химической очистки воды. 2.2.2. Основные химические процессы осветления, умягчения, пассивации и подкисления питательной воды, химические реагенты, реактивы, применяемые при химводоочистке. 2.2.3. Назначение и условия применения контрольно-измерительных приборов. 2.2.4. Схему расположения паро- и водопроводов, кранов и вентилей. 2.2.5. Порядок и правила пуска и остановки агрегатов в нормальных и аварийных условиях. 2.2.6. Способы определения и устранения неисправностей в работе установок. 2.2.7. Системы смазочную и охлаждения обслуживаемых двигателей и механизмов. 2.2.8. Правила по охране труда и противопожарной безопасности. 2.2.9. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 2.2.10. Правила пользования средствами индивидуальной защиты.
