Обработка заявок на предоставление рабочих мест в коворкинге «РЕД ЛАБ»; Консультирование субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства, самозанятых и граждан, планирующих начать предпринимательскую деятельность в сфере индустрии красоты, по вопросам использования инфраструктуры коворкинга; Сопровождение пользователей коворкинга на всех этапах взаимодействия; Координация бронирования и использования рабочих мест; Контроль соблюдения правил работы коворкинга «РЕД ЛАБ» и поддержание комфортной среды для пользователей; Взаимодействие с резидентами коворкинга «РЕД ЛАБ», партнерами и структурными подразделениями Учреждения; Сбор и анализ информации в рамках закрепленной зоны ответственности; Подготовка статистических данных, справочных материалов и отчетных документов; Выполнение иных поручений руководителя в рамках своей компетенции и в установленные сроки; Обеспечение высокого уровня сервиса и доброжелательной атмосферы для пользователей пространства.

— Законченное высшее образование; Опыт работы от 1 года в клиентском сервисе, администрировании, сопровождении проектов или работе с предпринимателями; Высокий уровень грамотности, грамотная устная и письменная речь; Умение ясно и структурированно доносить информацию устно и письменно; Развитые коммуникативные навыки и клиентоориентированность; Умение работать с большим объемом информации и документами; Уверенный пользователь ПК: Word, Excel (базовый уровень), PowerPoint; Опыт работы в Битрикс24 будет преимуществом; Ответственность, внимательность, организованность и умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
