Главный юрисконсульт обязан: 1. Обеспечивать соблюдение законности в деятельности ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ, защиту их правовых интересов по вопросам, возникающим в области трудового законодательства РФ, гражданско-правовой сфере. 2. Оказывать практическую помощь, давать разъяснения работникам структурных подразделений ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ по юридическим вопросам в пределах должностных обязанностей. 3. Вести работу с исковыми материалами: 3.1 Осуществлять подготовку материалов по вопросам трудового законодательства РФ, и иным вопросам, возникающим в хозяйственной деятельности ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ, своевременно передавать их в арбитражные, третейские суды, суды общей юрисдикции, правоохранительные, государственные, муниципальные, общественные и иные органы. 3.2 Контролировать своевременность предоставления справок, расчетов, объяснений и другой документации, необходимой для рассмотрения исковых материалов судами. Своевременно информировать всех заинтересованных лиц ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ (сотрудники структурных подразделений ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ, непосредственно связанные с судебным, административным и иным разбирательством, в котором непосредственно принимали участие или знали ход развития событий и результат разбирательства, о ходе и результатах судебных и иных разбирательств. 3.3 Незамедлительно информировать начальника управления правовой защиты обо всех случаях не своевременного предоставления документов структурными подразделениями ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ. 3.4 По распоряжению начальника управления правовой защиты своевременно и в полном объеме предоставлять запрашиваемую информацию, давать письменные и устные консультации (заключения) по всем юридическим вопросам, возникающим в ходе хозяйственной деятельности ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ. 3.5 Рассматривать жалобы, письма-обращения, претензии, предъявленные ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществам, готовить отзывы, возражения по результатам рассмотрения. 3.6 Представлять интересы ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ в арбитражных судах, третейских судах, судах общей юрисдикции, правоохранительных и иных органах и организациях, при разрешении вопросов стоящих перед ООО НИКОХИМ и Обществ по поручению начальника управления правовой защиты . 3.7 Вести работу по оспариванию ненормативных правовых актов, решений и действий (бездействия) государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, иных органов, должностных лиц. 4 Осуществлять подготовку проектов заявлений, предъявлять заявления в суды и иные государственные органы.
