едение учёта личного состава организации. Оформление приёма, перевода и увольнения работников в соответствии с ТК РФ. Формирование и ведение личных дел сотрудников. Работа с трудовыми книжками: заполнение, учёт, хранение, подсчёт стажа. Подготовка материалов для аттестационных, квалификационных и конкурсных комиссий. Выдача справок о трудовой деятельности. Внесение данных в базу данных о персонале и контроль её актуальности. Учёт отпусков и контроль за составлением графиков. Оформление документов для назначения пенсий, льгот и компенсаций. Анализ причин текучести кадров и участие в разработке мер по её снижению. Подготовка документов к сдаче в архив. Контроль за соблюдением трудовой дисциплины.

Инспектор по кадрам должен знать: законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, методические материалы по ведению документации по учёту и движению персонала; трудовое законодательство; структуру и штаты организации; порядок оформления, ведения и хранения трудовых книжек и личных дел работников; порядок установления наименований профессий, общего и непрерывного стажа работы, льгот, компенсаций, оформления пенсий; порядок учёта движения кадров и составления отчётности; основы делопроизводства; средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи; правила и нормы охраны труда.
