1) осуществлять: составление и представление консолидированной отчетности в министерство финансов и налоговой политики Новосибирской области; своевременную работу с кредиторской и дебиторской задолженностями; 2) обеспечивать: постановку бюджетного учета в департаменте; наполнение и ведение специализированных программ и комплексов, необходимых для автоматизации бюджетного (бухгалтерского) и налогового учета (государственная информационная система Автоматизированная система управления бюджетными процессами Новосибирской области (АИС Финансово-экономический анализ, ПК Свод-СМАРТ, ПК), ПО Система удаленного финансового документооборота (СУФД-онлайн), государственная информационная система о государственных и муниципальных платежах (ГИС ГМП), подсистема регионального сегмента государственной автоматизированной информационной системы Управление, государственная информационная система Новосибирской области Контроль и др.); 3) проверять своевременность начисения заработной платы сотрудникам департамента и предоставления отчетности в соответствующие гос.органы; 4) составлять финансовую, статистическую отчетность; 5) проводить мониторинг качества финансового менеджмента в отношении подведомственного учреждения; 6) производить сверку по платежам с органами Федеральной налоговой службы Российской Федерации, Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования Российской Федерации, поставщиками (подрядчиками, исполнителями) товаров, работ, услуг; оформлении документов по недостачам, незаконному расходованию денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей, контролирует передачу в необходимых случаях этих материалов в следственные и судебные органы; проверках подведомственного учреждения в рамках ведомственного контроля; работе комиссий (советов, рабочих групп), созданных в департаменте.
