Осуществляет допуск/недопуск учащихся к учебно-тренировочным занятиям и спортивным соревнованиям на основании текущего состояния здоровья. Проводит динамическое наблюдение (текущее медицинское наблюдение, периодические медицинские осмотры, врачебно-педагогические наблюдения) за состоянием учащихся; Организует и проводит лечебно-профилактические мероприятия по восстановлению и повышению спортивной работоспособности и реабилитации учащихся после перенесенных травм и заболеваний. Составляет схему лечебно-профилактических мероприятий при выявлении у них хронических заболеваний, последствий травм опорно-двигательной системы, по восстановлению спортивной работоспособности в процессе учебно-тренировочных занятий и соревновательной деятельности. Изучает и анализирует отклонения в состоянии здоровья, уровень и причины заболеваемости и спортивного травматизма учащихся, разрабатывает меры по профилактике и лечению учащихся. Контролирует санитарно-гигиеническое состоянием мест проведения учебно- тренировочных занятий. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением учащихся запрета на использование или попытку использования субстанции либо применения или попытку применения метода, входящих в запрещенный список ВАДА. Информирует тренеров и организаторов спортивных соревнований о состоянии здоровья учащихся на всех этапах подготовки и спортивных соревнований. Оказывает первую и неотложную медицинскую помощь учащихся на тренировках и соревнованиях (искусственное дыхание, массаж сердца, остановка наружного и внутреннего кровотечения, иммобилизация, наложение повязки на рану, промывание желудка, инъекции). Планирует свою работу и анализирует показатели своей деятельности. Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное оформление медицинской и иной документации в соответствии с установленными правилами. Соблюдает этические нормы и правила поведения врача в рамках профессиональной автономии при принятии всех решений медицинского характера, касающиеся здоровья, безопасности и законных интересов спортсмена. Содействует работе по лицензированию медицинского кабинета. Информирует в устной и письменной форме руководство обо всех случаях травматизма и заболеваний, об имеющихся недостатках в работе учреждения, и принимать меры по их устранению. Принимает участие в разработке программы производственного контроля, инструкций по охране труда, санитарных норм и правил. Руководит работой медицинской сестры и дает ей обязательные для исполнения распоряжения.
