Знакомится с проектами решений органов управления Общества, касающихся его деятельности Обеспечивает реализацию целей и задач, возложенных на Подразделение соответствующим Положением о структурном подразделении Определяет способы упаковки и доставки материалов в производство. Разрабатывает внутренние логистические цепочки и оптимизацию маршрутов доставки Определяет количество и качество необходимых площадей для складов, осуществляет подбор и заказ необходимых складских конструкций, техники и приспособлений Анализирует информацию о планируемых инженерных изменениях (ECN) и разрабатывает графики их внедрения в производство Анализирует причины возникновения отклонений в учете остатков ТМЦ, разрабатывает мероприятия по устранению отклонений Осуществляет руководство Подразделением и сотрудниками Подразделения, находящимся в его административном и функциональном подчинении Запрашивает от работников Подразделения, находящихся в его административном подчинении, объяснительную записку о причинах неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения ими должностных обязанностей в соответствии с Положением по оплате и стимулированию труда работников ООО РЭНЕРА-ЭНЕРТЕК Формирует заключение по результатам оценки профессиональных знаний и навыков при отборе и найме работников, работников Подразделения, в соответствии с ЛНА Общества по подбору и найму работников Составляет и контролирует выполнение работниками Подразделения плана работ на время испытательного срока Проводит ежегодную оценку РЕКОРД работников Подразделения, в соответствии с ЛНА Общества о ежегодной оценке РЕКОРД, контролирует реализацию утвержденных решений: план развития, план ротации Разрабатывает мероприятия по повышению эффективности работы Подразделения Визирует документы в рамках реализации своих должностных обязанностей Поддерживает и повышает уровень своей квалификации, в том числе посредством участия в конференциях, тренингах, семинарах и пр., в соответствии с порядком, установленным в Обществе

Высшее образование Наличие стажа работы в области логистики, контроля материалов, инжиниринга логистических процессов не менее З лет Наличие стажа руководящей работы не менее З лет Навыки работы с программными продуктами Microsoft 0ffice (Excel, Word, 0utlook, PowerPoint), на уровне пользователя Знание английского языка уровня intermediate
