- убирать закрепленные служебные и учебные помещения ( в т.ч. кабинеты, коридоры, лестницы (лестничные клетки), комнаты отдыха, санузлы, иные помещения), в т.ч.: - удалять пыль с мебели, ковровых изделий в помещениях (в т.ч. в рабочих кабинетах, учебных классах, иных, закрепленных за уборщиком производственных и служебных помещениях); подметать и мыть вручную или с помощью приспособлений стены, полы, оконные рамы и стекла, мебель; - осуществлять влажное подметание и мытье лестничных площадок, маршей, удаление паутины и пыли с потолка, влажную протирку стен, дверей, плафонов, подоконников, оконных решеток, перил; - очищать урны от бумаги и промывать их дезинфицирующим раствором, собирать мусор и относить его в установленное место; - чистить и дезинфицировать унитазы, раковины и другое санитарно-техническое оборудование; - соблюдать правила санитарии и гигиены в убираемых помещениях, осуществлять их проветривание; включать и выключать освещение в соответствии с установленным режимом; - в начале и в конце каждого рабочего дня осуществлять обход закрепленного участка с целью проверки исправности кранов, раковин, санузлов; - один раз в неделю проводить генеральную уборку.
