Обязанности Сбор жалоб, анамнеза жизни и болезни у пациентов с неизлечимыми прогрессирующими заболеваниями. Медицинский осмотр, диагностика хронического болевого синдрома и иных тяжёлых проявлений заболевания. Составление плана лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, направление на консультации к профильным специалистам. Постановка и подтверждение диагноза в соответствии с МКБ. Разработка плана симптоматического и патогенетического лечения, назначение лекарственных препаратов (в том числе наркотических и психотропных), медицинских изделий, нутритивной поддержки. Оценка эффективности и безопасности терапии, профилактика и коррекция осложнений и побочных реакций. Назначение и контроль мероприятий по профилактике и лечению пролежней, контрактур, уходу за дренажами, стомами, зондами, катетерами. Оказание паллиативной помощи при неотложных состояниях: прорыв боли, некупируемая одышка, задержка мочеиспускания, дисфагия, компрессия спинного мозга, передозировка наркотических средств. Оказание экстренной медицинской помощи при состояниях, угрожающих жизни, выполнение базовой сердечно-лёгочной реанимации. Проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности, подготовка документов для медико-социальной экспертизы. Обучение родственников (законных представителей) навыкам ухода за пациентом, применению и учёту расхода лекарственных средств. Ведение медицинской документации (в том числе электронной), работа с медицинскими информационными системами. Контроль работы среднего и младшего медицинского персонала, обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности. Удостоверение факта смерти пациента. Требования Высшее образование (специалитет) по специальности «Лечебное дело» или «Педиатрия». Подготовка в интернатуре и/или ординатуре по одной из специальностей: анестезиология-реаниматология, гериатрия, неврология, онкология, пульмонология, терапия, общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина), хирургия, эндокринология и др. (полный перечень — в профстандарте). Действующий сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по основной специальности. Удостоверение о повышении квалификации по вопросам оказания паллиативной медицинской помощи. Прохождение предварительных, периодических и внеочередных медицинских осмотров. Соблюдение врачебной тайны, принципов врачебной этики и деонтологии. Владение ПК, навыки работы в электронных медицинских системах. Эмпатия, умение работать с тяжелобольными пациентами и их семьями.
