- осуществлять управление деятельностью отдела -обеспечивать своевременную разработку планов работы отдела -своевременно представлять отчеты о выполнении отделом плановых мероприятий -в пределах своей компетенции организовывать и контролировать устранение недостатков -осуществлять в установленном порядке эффективное взаимодействие с местными органами власти, правоохранительными органами, органами судейского сообщества и др. -организовывать работу по обеспечению безопасности судебной деятельности -анализировать общее состояние правовой работы в Управлении -давать разъяснения по правовым вопросам -изучать организацию деятельности районных (городского) судов Магаданской области -готовить по поручению начальника Управления проекты приказов по организационному обеспечению деятельности судов -участвовать в разработке положений, инструкций и иных документов -организовывать и участвовать в рассмотрении обращений -организовывать сбор статистических данных -обеспечивать подготовку аналитических справок по результатам проведенных проверок - принимать участие в совещаниях, семинарах

стаж работы должен составлять не менее двух лет стажа государственной гражданской службы (государственной службы иных видов) или не менее четырех лет стажа работы по специальности, по направлению деятельности
