The posting

- осуществляет оперативно-техническое руководство в электрической части предприятия; - руководство оперативно-диспетчерским персоналом производственного отделения; - организует работу по проверке технического состояния оборудования и ЛЭП находящихся в оперативном управлении и ведении ОДГ; - принимает и систематизирует заявки на выход из работы оборудования и устройств защиты и автоматики, средств диспетчерского и технологического управления (СДТУ), информирует о результатах принятых решений; - разрешает неотложные работы по устранению неисправностей, нормальной работы электроустановок электросети или обесточиванию потребителей и др.работы, согласно ДИ.

- высшее образование (профильное) или высшее образование (непрофильное) и дополнительное профессиональное образование по программам профессиональной переподготовки; - Опыт практической работы: при наличии профильного высшего образования не менее одного года в области электроэнергетики, при наличии непрофильного высшего образования не менее 15 лет работы в области электроэнергетики, из них не менее 5 лет на должности диспетчера (старшего диспетчера) диспетчерского центра; - стаж работы по оперативному обслуживанию электроустановок выше 1000В не менее 3лет; - наличие V группы по электробезопасности. Необходимые знания: - применять в работе техническую, в том числе инструктивную и оперативную, документацию; - оценивать эффективность управляющих воздействий при изменении эксплуатационного состояния и (или) технологического режима работы линий электропередачи, оборудования, устройств; - обрабатывать оперативные данные, используемые для задач оперативно-диспетчерского управления; - анализировать текущий электроэнергетический режим; - прогнозировать электроэнергетический режим энергосистемы при изменении технологического режима работы и (или) эксплуатационного состояния линий электропередачи, оборудования и устройств. Гарантии и компенсации: - Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ, соблюдение норм трудового права; - График работы 5/2 с 08.00-17.00 пт.с 08.00-16.00; обед с 12.00-12.45; - Добровольное медицинское страхование (ДМС) (включая стоматологическое обеспечение) за счет средств компании, страхование от несчастных случаев на производстве; - Дополнительные выплаты к заработной плате: ежегодная стимулирующая выплата к отпуску, выплаты по коллективному договору (в связи со значимыми жизненными событиями), персональные надбавки и иные выплаты стимулирующего характера; - Работнику предоставляется спецодежда и средства индивидуальной защиты; - Возможность карьерного роста.
