1. Вести всю хозяйственную работу в учреждении и нести полную материальную ответственность; руководить хозяйственной деятельностью учреждения, принимать материальные ценности, имущество, мебель, инвентарь учреждения на ответственное хранение в порядке, установленном законодательством. 2. Не допускать персонал к работе с неисправным оборудованием, электроприборами и электроинструментами, без спецодежды; 3. Анализировать своевременность, правильность и эффективность расходования финансовых и материальных средств, выделенных на хозяйственные нужды; 4. Планировать и организовывать разработку необходимой хозяйственной документации; 5. Осуществлять систематический контроль за качеством работы хозяйственно-обслуживающего персонала; 6. Организовывать работу материально ответственных лиц по своевременному списанию материальных средств; принимать участие в инвентаризации. 7. Вести учет материальных ценностей и документацию при их движении. 8. Осуществлять текущий контроль за хозяйственным обслуживанием и надлежащим техническим и санитарно гигиеническим состоянием помещений, сооружений, жилых комнат, складских помещений, пищеблока и других помещений, иного имущества учреждения в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил безопасности жизнедеятельности. 9. Направлять и координировать работу подчиненного ему хозяйственно- обслуживающего персонала учреждения, вести учет рабочего времени этой категории работников. 10.Организовывать капитальный и текущий ремонт зданий, помещений, поверку и ремонт оборудования; 11.Обеспечивать соблюдение требований охраны труда при эксплуатации основного здания и других построек учреждения, технологического, энергетического оборудования, осуществлять их периодический осмотр и организовывать правильную эксплуатацию. 12.Обеспечивать безопасность при переноске тяжестей, погрузочно разгрузочных работах, эксплуатации транспортных средств в учреждении. 13.Организовывать соблюдение требований пожарной безопасности в учреждении, следить за исправностью средств пожаротушения, обеспечивать подразделения средствами пожаротушения; 14.Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории учреждения; 15.Обеспечивать работников учреждения канцелярскими принадлежностями, предметами хозяйственного обихода, средствами индивидуальной защиты, моющими средствами, составлять заявки на приобретение товаров хозяйственного значения и вести необходимую документацию; 16.Является ответственным за организацию проведения ежегодных измерений сопротивления изоляции электроустановок и электропроводки, заземляющих устройств.
