ЧЕМ ПРЕДСТОИТ ЗАНИМАТЬСЯ: Разработка и реализация коммерческой стратегии отдела (сектора) и коммерческих мероприятий, анализ полученных результатов; Прогноз товарооборота и других коммерческих показателей, работа над их увеличением; Обеспечение качественного обслуживания клиентов, изучение их потребностей; Анализ хозяйственной деятельности отдела, ведение отчетности; Определение ассортиментной и ценовой политики в рамках своего отдела (сектора); Мониторинг конкурентов и анализ покупательского спроса; Контроль мерчандайзинга; Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями, участие в проектах на уровне компании; Формирование, обучение и развитие команды отдела (сектора). ЧТО МЫ ОТ ВАС ОЖИДАЕМ: Опыт стратегического планирования и управления командой в сфере продаж от 1 года; Системное и предпринимательское мышление, высокий уровень менеджерских навыков, готовность решать нестандартные задачи; Опыт в организация процессов и управлении ресурсами, бизнес-планирование; Опыт формирования, сопровождения и развития команды.
