The posting

Разработка проектной и рабочей документации по разделам ОВ (отопление, вентиляция) и К (кондиционирование) на стадиях П и РД. Выполнение теплотехнических, аэродинамических и гидравлических расчётов. Подбор оборудования: котлы, чиллеры, вентиляционные установки, кондиционеры, радиаторы, насосы. Проектирование и трассировка систем в AutoCAD и Revit (BIM-моделирование). Составление спецификаций оборудования и материалов. Взаимодействие со смежными разделами (архитектура, ЭОМ, ВК, СС) для устранения коллизий. Участие в согласовании проектных решений с заказчиком и экспертизой. Авторский надзор за монтажом (при необходимости, выезды на объекты). Опыт проектирования промышленных объектов, чистых помещений, медицинских учреждений. Работа с VRF/VRV системами, чиллерами, центральными кондиционерами. Владение MagiCAD, Nanocad, расчетными комплексами других производителей.

Высшее техническое образование (профиль Теплогазоснабжение и вентиляция, Промышленное и гражданское строительство, Теплоэнергетика или смежные). Уверенное владение AutoCAD (2D). Знание Revit MEP будет значительным преимуществом. Понимание нормативной базы: СП 60.13330, СП 131.13330, ГОСТ 21.602, другие профильные СП и ГОСТ. Опыт выполнения расчётов (теплопотери, воздухообмен, гидравлика) желательно в специализированных программах (Старт, Вентиляция, MagiCAD, Zulu или аналогах). Грамотная устная и письменная речь, умение читать и анализировать архитектурные и конструктивные чертежи. Будет плюсом: Опыт проектирования промышленных объектов, чистых помещений, медицинских учреждений. Работа с VRF/VRV системами, чиллерами, центральными кондиционерами. Владение MagiCAD, Nanocad, расчетными комплексами других производителей.
